What is your returns policy?
We accept unused, unwashed with all original labels/tags attached for return and/or exchange within 14 days of delivery. This does not include our pre-loved items. You have 7 days from the day your package is delivered to notify us of your return. Any requests after this time will not be processed. To start a return, email email@example.com with your order number and reason for return. If the item/s shows signs of normal wear and tear, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
Return shipping and any associated costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty by the Dilly & Fin team, so we would gently suggest using a trackable shipping method for your return items.
Once your return has been received, inspected and all guidelines met. An approval email will be sent and a refund will be issued back to the original form of payment, minus shipping costs. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account, since processing times can vary.
All marked down / sale items are final and cannot be returned.
What if my item is damaged/faulty?
We check every item carefully before sending our packages out. However, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
*Please note we do not allow returns for swimwear due to hygiene purposes.
