What is your returns policy?
We accept unused, unwashed with all original labels/tags attached for return and/or exchange within 14 days of delivery. However, you have 7 days from the day your package is delivered to notify us of your return. Email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
If the item/s shows signs of normal wear and tear, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
What if my item is faulty?
We check every item carefully before sending our packages out. However, if you feel your item is faulty, please email us within 2 days of delivery so that we can review the item with the associated brand.
Return shipping and any associated costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty by the Dilly & Fin team, so we would gently suggest using a trackable shipping method for your return items.
Once your return has been received, inspected and all guidelines met. An approval email will be sent and a refund will be issued back to the original form of payment, minus shipping costs. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account, since processing times can vary.
*Swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes. When returning shoes, please do not use the shoe box as a shipping box, this is part of the product and would therefore breach the refund terms outlined above.
